AC Milan: Press conference BDC

On the 24th March 2011 at San Siro Stadium (ACMilan Stadium), it has been opened the edition 2011 of “BCD Buon Compenso del Diabete” with the title of “Champions of control” – science and sport together for fighting diabetes; this campaign is strongly supported by ACMilan Foundation and Team Type 1 Ltd.

Laura Masi, Marketing Manager of ACMilan, and Francesca Pietra, ACMilan Junior Camp Manager, wanted to show up how ACMilan is sensitive to these matters; it’s because of this AC Milan has offered the chance to 100 diabetic children to join for free at AC Milan Football Soccer Camp 2011 in the next summer in Italy. For this initiative will be chosen the most suitable locations for diabetic children (only 3) and one of these is Cortina D’Ampezzo (Dolomites mountain – Alps), AC Milan Camp’s site managed by Sporteventi.

The AC Milan Summer Camp will take place in Cortina D’Ampezzo (Dolomites mountain, Alps – Italy) from 19th June to 16 July 2011 under the supervision of ACMilan Coaches: Stefano Eranio, Filippo Galli, Fulvio Fiorin and Gino Maldera. The accommodation will be at Hotel Domina Alaska****, one of the most prestigious hotels in Cortina D’Ampezzo. The ACMilan Junior Camp is open to children from all over the world from 7 to 16 years of age.
