The AC Milan Academy Camp will be hold at the Getur Sport Village of Lignano Sabbiadoro (Venice area) next summer; the Getur Village is an ideal place to practice sports, and the AC Milan Camp campers will enjoy its amazing facilities as football pitches, private beach, water-fan-park , internal hotels for the accommodation of the players, swimming-pools, etc, … all located in a very restricted, private and functional area.
The village, composed by 13 buildings all with different types of rooms and independent services, has a total capacity of about 2.800 people. Each facility meets the different needs of families, sportsmen, disabled and religious groups. Large dining rooms with waiter service or self-service and rooms for meetings and conventions make the village the ideal destination for big groups or for the organization of big events. The restaurants and the pastry laboratory, recognized by the Italian Celiac Association for food gluten-free, are able to offer a catering service suitable for all needs.
For children or for those who prefer an active holiday, the center is equipped with a water slides playground, a private beach with paths to the sea for disabled people, 2 outdoor swimming pools, several pitches for sports such as tennis, soccer, basketball and volleyball, an indoor Olympic swimming pool and a multi-functional sport hall with a capacity of 2.400 people.
The sea of Lignano Sabbiadoro can flaunt the recognition of the “Blue Flag”, an national award given to the seaside that meet very high quality standards related to the parameters of the water and services offered .
The campers will stay at the building Sole & Mare; The AC Milan Academy Camp will be directed by the AC Milan legend Pierino Prati.
