Christian Lantignotti, former AC Milan Youth sector’s player, made his Serie A debut under Sacchi’s AC Milan, where he stayed for two seasons. In his career he also wore the shirts of Reggiana and Cagliari in Serie A, Cesena, Padova, Treviso of Monza and Siena in Serie B.
With AC Milan he won 1 Italian Super Cup (1988), 2 Champions League (1989 and 1990), 1 UEFA Super Cup (1989) and 1 Intercontinental Cup (1989).

Christian Lantignotti after retirement worked as a member of the coaching staff of Cesena Fotball Club; since 2020 he is a Coach of the AC Milan Youth Sector as follow:
