Christian Lantignotti, former AC Milan Youth sector’s player, made his Serie A debut under Sacchi‘s AC Milan, where he stayed for two seasons. In his career he also wore the shirts of Reggiana and Cagliari in Serie A (Italian first division), Cesena, Padova, Treviso, Monza and Siena in Serie B (Italian second division).
With AC Milan he won 1 Italian Super Cup (1988), 2 European Cup/Champions League (1989 and 1990), 1 UEFA Super Cup (1989) and 1 Intercontinental Cup (1989).
Coaching career at AC Milan
Christian Lantignotti after retirement worked as a member of the coaching staff of Cesena football club; since 2020 he is a Coach of the AC Milan Youth Sector as follows:
